As part of the British School of Fashion Skills Month, Matt Berry, founder of Graphic Design Agency, visited campus for a second time on Monday 6 February. He delivered a workshop on Adobe Photoshop and InDesign – an insight into the software’s capabilities for fashion students.
The workshop explained how Adobe Photoshop and InDesign works, and on its uses. Students had the opportunity to create marketing collateral to support a brand at retail and understand how the application of brand mark on marketing collateral works, including books and line sheets.
This session was aimed at students who have little or no knowledge of Photoshop or InDesign but wanted to learn how to use it, either for work purposes or personal development.
The British School of Fashion Skills Month has a series of exciting workshops with industry specialists, which continues until the end of February.
Our next workshop is on Tuesday 14 February with Mark Hopkins, Head of Buying at Arcadia Group. He will talk about the principles of buying: retail own brand. You can find out more about our upcoming workshops by visiting our Events section.
