Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our Equality Outcomes discussions through our focus groups and individually through emails and one-to-one meetings. Over 150 people have had an input so far – this Word Cloud image reflects the discussions to date.
We are actively shaping the findings by theming and prioritising the feedback. The emerging themes that are currently at the forefront of the draft Equality Outcomes are:
- Enhancing the knowledge of our people so that our behaviours support dignity and respect
- Making our environment accessible, safe and welcoming to people with different protected characteristics
- Supporting positive outcomes for people with protected characteristics in relation to their work and study experiences.
