The British School of Fashion is delighted to introduce two new fashion business courses to be taught at GCU London, which are now open for applications for September 2015.
In September 2015, we will become the first University in the world to offer an MSc in Digital Fashion Strategy, a bold new venture which will truly help transform the business of fashion. At the same time we will launch our unique Masters in Fashion Business Creation programme, which will help nurture innovative entrepreneurial. These innovative and unique programmes are designed to help develop a different approach to the fashion sector.
MSc Fashion Business Creation
The programme is designed in collaboration with leading fashion businesses to reflect the unique nature of business creation in this sector. Students will develop insight into the strategies and practices key to developing and sustaining a successful fashion business.
This MSc will help you to develop your intellectual skills together with the contemporary skills and practices needed to excel in the industry. You will also build a wider appreciation of management issues, such as globalisation and sustainability, while developing branding and marketing skills.
MSc Digital Fashion Strategy
This 12 month academic programme is unique globally as it focuses on the strategic adoption, integration and optimisation of technology specific to the diverse needs of the fashion sector. Developed in consultation with senior industry stakeholders, this innovative course aims to develop graduates to be the digital thought leaders of the future.
This will be achieved through the programme’s distinctive trans-discipline approach to learning and an emphasis on industry engagement with Honorary Professor Masterclasses, on-campus networking events, live company project briefs, industry visits and a credit bearing internship.
Dr. Amrane-Cooper, Dean of GCU London, said: “The British School of Fashion is really starting to make a name for itself and we’re really excited to be offering these two unique programmes in September.”
