On Thursday 30 June, GCU London welcomed Year 6 students from Canon Barnett Primary School on to campus. The purpose of their visit was to discover life at the GCU London campus and celebrate the achievement of their big primary school project.

Throughout the year, they worked in collaboration with GCU London Club, to create a newsletter. This newsletter included a portrait gallery, a poem, Year 6 awards, and the best memories of their primary school time together.

They sent all their work to the GCU print services team in Glasgow, and received a beautiful, colourful magazine, which they get to keep.

The GCU London Club is part of the GCU Caledonian Club and works with school students and families in the community to raise educational aspirations and build key life skills and confidence in its members.

Year 6 students from St Matthias primary school have been working on a similar project with the GCU London Club and are due to visit the campus on Wednesday 13 July for their awards ceremony.

GCU London is proud of their work and we wish them all the best in secondary school.
