British School of Fashion student Gaia Antonaci wins International Business Schools Award for International Excellence

We are delighted to announce that Gaia Antonaci (MSc International Fashion Marketing) has received the International Business Schools (IBS) Award for International Excellence!

Each year. the IBS Award is given to a student who ‘distinguishes themselves and demonstrates exceptional ambition, and devotion to the development of their academic and professional pursuits’.

Gaia was selected from several hundred nominated students from all over the world.  A panel of judges from IBS and their partner institutions assessed several factors; from her CV and personal statement to her overall character.

On informing Gaia of the news, Steven Jewell (Programs Assistant International Business School Americas) commented:

“… I would like to extend a huge congratulations to you, Ms. Antonaci. You should be extremely proud of yourself, the competition was fierce and only ONE winner was selected. You were competing against 318 MBA’s, graduates, and undergraduates from over 100 schools in over 20 Countries. The way you have represented your school, Glasgow Caledonian University, speaks volumes!”
