Benedetta De Pieri, a PhD student in the Yunus Centre has had a research proposal accepted by the Italian Research in Philanthropy Awards (IRPAs).  The title of the proposal is “Philanthropic Foundations as policy entrepreneurs: the role of philanthropic foundations in shaping Social Innovation policy in Italy and the UK” and the 3,000 Euro award will allow Benedetta to undertake the above research from June to September 2017.
