About SIPAIG

We invite all students, academics and researchers to join the SIPAIG. The group meets monthly (typically on the last Wednesday afternoon of the month) from September to May and offers a relaxed, informal, supportive environment for those engaging in IPA research. Each meeting comprises a combination of workshops designed to support you in each step of the IPA process coupled with an open forum for advice, guidance and discussion on your own work. A number of keynote presentations also allow you to meet experienced IPA researchers and learn about their work. Membership is free to all GCU students/staff and costs £50 per year for non-GCU students/staff. The programme for 2016/17 ends with The Scottish IPA Conference hosted by GCU; ‘IPA: where are we now?’ This will showcase the breadth, scope and quality of IPA across the country and is open to all students, academics and researchers. We look forward to seeing you all there!
