One-day IPA workshops

This one day IPA workshop, led by Professor Paul Flowers and Dr Adele Dickson, offers an informal, relaxed and supportive learning environment for those who are new to IPA or who require a refresher course. The workshop will begin with an introduction to the theoretical background to IPA, before moving on to consider data collection methods and techniques, data analysis and discussion of the challenges of IPA. The day will close with a consideration of issues surrounding reflexivity and quality in IPA. The workshop allows you to meet other IPA researchers, share your experiences and seek guidance from the facilitators.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

10th February, 2017: Advanced data analysis
This one day workshop, led by Professor Paul Flowers and Dr Adele Dickson offers an informal, relaxed and supportive learning environment for those using IPA to analyse their data. The workshop will focus on advanced data analysis, taking attendees through each step of the data analysis process. The workshop will also provide guidance on the writing process following analysis.
The workshop is a fantastic opportunity to meet other IPA researchers, to share your own experiences and to seek guidance from the facilitators. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. A maximum of 25 places are available.
