“I joined the Law Clinic in January 2014 as a volunteer, helping out with various office and case-specific needs. In August 2014, I was awarded the position of Media Manager. I developed my soft skills and my ability to manage client expectations throughout my period of service, whilst further increasing the social media presence of the Law Clinic on Twitter and Facebook. With the current head honcho, Ian Laing, the Law Clinic leadership were also supportive in helping us develop a formative idea we had for a legal podcast and supported us in using their platform to publicize our finished works. Currently, I am a LLM student at the University of Edinburgh, where I am currently studying Innovation, Technology and the Law. My experience at the Law Clinic was undoubtedly key to attaining my place on this prestigious course.”
